Analysis of determination error of dynamic characteristics of linear analogue devices by a direct method is made. Error is caused by nonideality of a staged test signal shape (TS). TS shape distortion models which take into consideration a final duration of front, output and oscillations at pulses peak, typical for ns-time range, are considered. A method of the specified error minimization on the basis of TS real model consideration is investigated. Estimation of TS errors model is made on the basis of "dot" parameters, which characterize a signal shape, and can be easily estimated by experiment.
